CDFL has a small complement of six members of staff, headed by the Foundation Manager, who are responsible for executing day-to-day functions of CDFL through the Projects, Administration, Finance and Internal Audit departments. Projects are implemented through outsourced service providers i.e. contractors,consultants and local authorities. The CDFL Management therefore takes the role of a monitoring and evaluation.
